The Bloom Method is SheBloomed Inc.’s signature peer-led wellness program. This experience- informed pathway supports emotional healing, self-awareness, personal growth and community connection through for phases: Rooted, Sprout, Bloom and Thrive.
Each phase includes guided reflection, wellness activities, journaling, emotional check-ins, group discussion, and practical tools that support healing and growth.
